Reward Deposit

Hey guys,

Was wondering if you could clear up what's occuring with my credits, have 13k teasing me on the MyRewards page and in the paragraph above them it says they will be deposited on the 15th and 30th of every month. Today be the 15th (A day I have eagerly awaited)
But alas, my credits remain stuck where they currently are.

If you check your digital returns at
http://commerce.microsoft.com it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.

 

You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when they are earned. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month.

 

Could I please get a link for where to go, navigation is a pain on here, also I looked at my pending credits, 3,000 is from December last year and 10,000 is from the 1st of this month, will that then be a 30th deposit?

 

Since you got to 5,000 on the 1st of this month then they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month, yes. The next deposit is scheduled for the 29th.
