Reward deposit help

    I triggered the deposit for the 12th. I was hoping to use them before later this evening. is there a way to speed up the process?

    Rewards deposit help

    I was referred by XBOX support regarding an issue with my reward points not being deposited and MyVIP rank not going up. They said to post here to trigger the deposit.

    If your credits were scheduled for deposit today, they would have already been added to your account.

    they haven't yet I just double checked. Is that weird should I request assistance? I requested a deposit on the first when it was scheduled for the 12th. Do they get converted to credit automatically or is there a process.

    Support will double check it for you and post back here, but if you requested a deposit on the 1st, they should have automatically been deposited today.

    Hi BrushyCarrion. Unfortunately we were not able to deposit to your account on the 12th. It is scheduled to be deposited on the 26th. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 14th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 12th. If you requested a deposit on or after the 9th, the
    credits would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

    Been waiting for my credits to be deposited been at 5000 credits been pending since nov 30th.

    For help with the rewards program, you'd need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If
    you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. The next deposit date is scheduled for the 13th. If you had over 5,000 credits pending before the 1st, they would be deposited on that date.
