    Launcher app currently unavailable! Tried to download and search for 100points reward but couldn't!

    Seems like it's better to name this status "permanently unavailable" for 90% of downloadable songs and albums in RB Store. Is it some kind of regional discrimination or what? Some users talk about possibility to achive such songs changing Russia to any other
    country in account settings. I hope that's technical issue and can be solved. I can download any new recommended song, but I need full list access - to the oldest songs, as told in all that enclosed papers! Any solutions?

    Thanks It worked but now says I need an update that is currently unavailable. How am I supposed to get what is currently unavailable?

    Microsoft Rewards 12 month gold membership.

    Hi, in my experience, the presence of certain rewards showing up in the section of redeemable items is dependent on the current availability of the items, which may also vary by region. I know that I've seen the 12-month Gold subscriptions unavailable before
    in my region, only to see it return at some point.

    Typically availability of rewards aren't announced in advance, nor are "Hot Deals" offering discounted prices for reward redemption. So unfortunately, there wouldn't be any additional information available regarding the current status of this item.

    Firstly, were you able to sign in to live.com properly?

    Have you tried with a different Ethernet cable? Or could you make sure your Ethernet cable is not faulty.

    If your still stuck despite the effort troubleshooting a wired connection. Could you try use a wireless connection as following:

    Turn off wireless security (WEP, WPA, WPA2).

    Turn off firewall.

    Note if you are unable to connect wireless, remember to setup security and firewall as previous settings.

    Could you also try clearing your Marketplace system cache. Here's how:

    1. On your console, go to Settings, and then select System.
    2. Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device.
    3. Select System Items.
    4. Select Marketplace System Data.
    5. Select Delete.
    6. Restart your console.

    Could you post up the make and model of your modem/router.

    Hi all,

    I was using a wireless connection, but I've hooked it up with a cable now. I've deleted the latest update and it gives me the same error again: 3CD6-0000-3080-0300-8007-2746.

    I already tried to download the update and put it on the usb. It installs but than it comes up with the following error: "A System update is required to sign in but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support"

    I've cleared the cache of the hard drive and I've checked for corrupted data but there is none.

    My internet connection should be fine, it's fast enough and no network problems.

    Hmmmm, hope anyone has an answer.....
