I currently have 20,250 but 10,000 credits instead of 5,000 was took out of my account not on the 15th but the 13th and was wondering what had happened and I also was wondering why the FREE pass hasnt been added to my account yet. Thanks for any support

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month.

Therefore, the 10,300 Credits you had pending since last month were deposited in the mid-month deposit that recently occurred. Your other pending Credits were all placed in the beginning of September, so they will not be available for deposit until the end
of month deposit.

Keep in mind that it can take our program up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information. We see that your Credits for this month's FREE Pass were placed as pending on the 13th, so they will also be a part of your end of month deposit.
