Reward credits unrecognized

The credits you adjusted were false and were not fully added. The credit you adjusted is to match to a value of 50 therefore 50,00 credit at least for Gimme 5 but somehow you made a error and gave me nothing. Another thing you mention something of the reward
program has changes but before they changes i wasn't even rewarded so the gap of credit you forget to adjust get even bigger. You have to adjust my credits again. First for all the credit i didn't get before the 2014 changes to which i did complete but you
forgot, another for not adjusting my credits, so total 80,000 reward credit my added part of readjusting my credits.
