Reward Credits to Local Currency

A few weeks ago I converted Gems to Reward Credits, and I’ve been waiting about two weeks now for those credits to become local currency. From what I understand, you have to wait til the 15th or 30th of the month in order to receive your reward money. It
is now the 31th and I’ve yet to receive any money. According to a Microsoft employee, if you received reward credits on the first half of the month (which I did), then you’d get money on the 30th of that month, but I still haven’t gotten anything.

Also, don’t you dare reply with that damn copy and paste crap you’ve been posting on everyone else’s posts. I’m looking for this to be fixed. I do not require a reminder of how reward credits work, I’m talking about you XBLRewards8.

Still no transfer in local currency

Hello,

Right know i havr 15500 reward credits i used my VIPgems for the reward credits in may. But why has my reward credits still not yransfer in my local currency, sorry but it is taking to long.

13250 Credits not converting.

It's now the 30th of March and my Rewards Credits have not converted to my local currency. What's up with that?

Hey BionicFreak,

We responded to your earlier post at (Today is the 30th why haven’t my reward credits been transferred into money yet?). Also, one more thing that you may be unaware
of is you can see a record of your Credits on the MyRewards page in the MyStatement section. Note that this is not an error that needs to be fixed, and as explained in that post (and the FAQ entry that has been posted there) this is standard deposit procedure.
At the current time, we do not see any issue on your account. Hope this clears up any confusion!

Credits are deposited based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if
you earned your credits after the 15th of February, they should be deposited in the next few days.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled for a deposit
so there is no longer a need to request one.

We have just performed the mid-month deposit. Your available pending Credits were deposited. Since your survey event on March 3rd just occurred, it was not available for that deposit, and is still pending.
