Reward Credits Still Not Depositing-Third Post

This is the third time I've created a post over this and nothing has been resolved, nor have I received an update on the status. I have 31,550 rewards credits that will not deposit because my "account needs updating to make a deposit." My account has the
correct information and the last 2 times I have created a post I was told that it had to go to the next tier to correct. I have been a loyal customer, for years, and hope that this can get resolved quickly so that I can enjoy more content as a result of having
my credits deposited.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Reward credits not depositing

I have the same problem. I have 5500 credits in my account, and I reached 5.000 in november, so my points should have been deposited automatically, but nothing happened. And in the monthly email it says “There seems to be an issue with your account: please
reach out to our support forum team.“ for me as well.

What should we do?

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates. You can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000, in order to have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.
But they will still deposit on the scheduled dates.

Keep in mind that your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. That number includes credits that are still pending as well as any that have already been deposited. So if the number of pending credits
you have is less than the number of lifetime credits, you've already had credits deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site would show when any deposits took place and you can verify the deposits by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com
