    Reward credits pending since 11/18/16


    I received 50,000 credits for purchasing a new XB1 S console. credits received are dated 11/18/16 and show as pending but not redeemed but there is no date on my account showing a date when they will be converted to currency

    Xbox Reward credits not depositing

    I have 3,199 reward credits that have been pending since 12/31/17. What could be the issue here? Its currently 3/11/18.

    Xbox live credits not depositing

    I've had Xbox reward credits pending since 11/11/16 and they haven't been deposited on the 15th, which from my understandings is a deposit date. Also the early deposit option isn't there either.

    They would be scheduled for the deposit on the 15th of this month.
