Reward credits not deposited today?

today is the 30th and I was under the impression that my reward credits were to be deposited today. I don't see anything in my account yet. Is there a certain time that they are supposed to be deposited? Any help would be appreciated

why have my reward credits not been deposited

hi i have 16000 reward credits which should of been deposited by the 15th may. I'm worried that my credits will not be deposited before the change to Microsoft rewards. Could I please have my 16000 reward credits deposited as soon as possible thank you

There is no deposit scheduled for today. The last deposit for this month was scheduled for yesterday.

Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th and 30th after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since your Credit event occurred on the 19th, you should expect your deposit in the mid-month deposit in January.

Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for deposit based on when they are earned. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
next month. If your remaining credits were earned after March 1, they would not have been earned in time for today's deposit.

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.

The credits should show as pending on the Rewards site. The ones you ordered a couple of weeks ago will be deposited with the end of the month deposit in the next few days. The ones you just ordered today should show as pending in 96 hours and will be deposited
in mid June.
