Reward credits not being used.

hi, I have been getting my reward credits alright, but I have bought two games and it is not using my reward credits first when I buy them. Before say if I had £65 in my acount £15 is reward credits then if I bought something for£50 it would take the £15
reward credit and £35.

Still no transfer in local currency

Hello,

Right know i havr 15500 reward credits i used my VIPgems for the reward credits in may. But why has my reward credits still not yransfer in my local currency, sorry but it is taking to long.

Once credits are deposited, the rewards program no longer has access to them so it becomes a billing issue. The credits are added to your Microsoft account balance as a whole so it generally doesn't take from any specific type of currency first unless you
have any pending soon. You would want to contact support and speak to billing for any billing issues. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Unfortunately, we do not have any access to Microsoft Billing and Accounts, so we cannot investigate this issue for you. As Smwutches says, you would have to reach out to support in order to determine if your promotional currency of Rewards Credits was spent
first or not.

Support will double check and post back here, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for June purchases.

Hello Tibbdog,

Your purchase in May went towards the Retro Rewards offer. Since you cannot get Credits from both an offer and MyVIP, those purchases did not award payback. From our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Then call the rewards "Payback Credits Februari" so people understand, Rewards Team. Cause yes there is something dated with 28th Feb, but it's describtion looks more like a bonus for being VIP then being the Payback Credits.
