Reward Credits not being deposited

Hey, so my Rewards account is not receiving deposits and tells me to check my account information, all of my information is correct and nothing has changed since. I also posted about this at least a couple of months ago as that is what the Rewards website
said to do, but I'm still not getting any deposits. Is there anything that can be done?

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

Hi Ellis. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently working
on a resolution. Once we are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. Thanks for your patience.
