Reward credits not being deposited into my account

Hi,

I have 19,450 Credits in my rewards account and I remember reading that it will convert them in to my local currency and deposit them into my Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month, but I have not received anything. I would appreciate
some help with this problem. Thanks.

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

Reward credits not being deposited into my account

Hello Ze Animaal,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credits required for a automatic deposit at the beginning of this month, they will not be deposited until the end of month deposit occurring shortly.

For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)
