Reward credits not being delivered yet payment details all up to date?

make sure all your payment details are up to date, any out of date detail can stop your payment method from working including address.

After reviewing all the information you have provided to us in this thread. We acknowledge the fact that you were misinformed regarding the rewards credit
expiration time. When you make a pre-order it saves the payment method
that will be used once the release date is near (Usually users get billed 10-14 days prior to the release date of the game) but it does not reserve the money on the payment method. It's the users responsibility to make sure that the payment method
is up to date and has the amount necessary for it to be billed with no issues.


To answer the question of where the Rewards credit went; Unfortunately the rewards credit you had did expire on date that was provided on
that email notice you received. We do apologize for the inconvenience.




If you still wish to speak to someone on the line, you would need to contact Live Support.

Then call the rewards "Payback Credits Februari" so people understand, Rewards Team. Cause yes there is something dated with 28th Feb, but it's describtion looks more like a bonus for being VIP then being the Payback Credits.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.

You would need to post in the support section of this forum for them to look into it for you.
