Reward Credits for renewing Not Seen or Received

Renewing your Gold membership, which carries over to Xbox One or Xbox 360, is a quick and easy way to earn up to 3,000 Rewards Credits. You'll earn Credits each time you renew your Gold membership, and if you sign up for a
12-month Xbox Live Gold membership,
you'll get all your Rewards Credits at once. Please note, you
will receive your Credits once your current membership ends and your new membership kicks in.

OK I did it but when and where do i see my Credits. As I don't See that They acknowledge that I have renewed or gave me rewards points. I however Did in my renew on my Xbox 360 and not on this side. None of the three things has shown me a reward credit of
my Points. What Gives? and I Bought it form Microsoft.

Ive been a member of the rewards scheme since 14/06/14 and to date have not received any credits for game achievments or renewing my subscription.

 

Rewards for consoles purchased and live renewal

I was just wondering if I should have rexieved rewards for purchasing my consoles and renewing my gold membership for 1 year. I never received credits for my referral from a friend either.

As it states, renewals are awarded after the subscription starts, not from the day you add the time. You do have to be on a gold subscription when you add the time in order to qualify.
