Reward Credits didnt deposit on the 30th

Discus and support Reward Credits didnt deposit on the 30th in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I had over 32,000 pending reward credits on my account on or before October 29th of thos year.     Reward Credits didnt deposit on the 30th


    I had over 32,000 pending reward credits on my account on or before October 29th of thos year. I still have not seen that $32 deposited into my live account yet and October 30th has passed. Please help me so I know when to expect my deposit. Thank You

    Wheres my rewards credits

    I have 20,079 rewards credit but I am unable to ask for a deposit and it says on rewards site that u get your credit on the 15th and 30th of every month... Today is the 15th so wheres my credit?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place around the 26th I believe. Keep in mind that credits are scheduled for
    deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. If you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support is unable to assist.

    There was no deposit scheduled for the 30th. The last deposit for October took place on the 25th. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the
    30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Hello ajSTINGER16,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since you only went beyond the 5000 Credit limit required for an automated deposit after the 15th, your deposit will be a part of the mid-month cycle this month.
