  2. No deposit request button

I have had over 10,000 rewards credits since early last month, yet they still haven't been transferred to my local currency. There is no request deposit button under my rewards balance either. Is there any way to fix this so I can use those credits?

  3. Deposit Not Actually Converted to Local Currency

My rewards deposit from the New Year promo never actually got converted to local currency I'm now realizing. I see the credits were deposited per the credit history in XBL Rewards, but I never saw the credits available to spend in the Xbox/MSFT Stores.

    Please advise, thanks!

Reward credits deposit in my local currency

If they were pending before the 15th, they would be scheduled to be deposited tomorrow. If they became pending after the 15th, they would be deposited in June.

    Hey BALR 09,

We have a FAQ entry that may help explain your situation. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Now, going off of this information, you can see when Credits were placed as pending on your MyRewards page, in the MyStatement section. There, you will see that you had the 5000 Credits required for a scheduled deposit by May 24th. Since these Credits were
only pending on the second half of the month, they will be deposited "on or around the 15th of the next month". Note that the FAQ says "on or around", since deposits can occur before the 15th. Here is the FAQ in your region's language:

Hope this clears up any confusion!

    My Rewards Help

    Hello You Had 1 Job,

    From the FAQ:

How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

    · Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account

    · Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.

    · Previous Month: Activity over the past month

    · Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months

    · Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.

You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Please note that since those Credits were deposited in 2015, they would have expired if you did not use them. Per Microsoft policy, promotional currency expires one year after being placed in an
    account.
