Reward credits deposit date when there is no 30th in the month

I currently have roughly 27k credits waiting to be deposited at the end of the month. Except it is the end of the month now, but being February it only goes to the 28th. It says that credits get deposited every 15th & 30th, but being that there is no 30th
this month, I'd like to be able to get them today, as there is a game in the sales I would like to get. Could there please be some sort of fix for the system to allow credits to be deposited on the last day of every month instead of the 2nd of the next month
any time there is no 30th? It's terribly irritating.

Can't early deposit myrewards credits

I have had over 10,000 credits from rewards since before March 30th of last month and I haven't been able to early deposit them and there is no deposit date either, I talked to xbox support and here is the ticket number 1381324499

For help with the rewards program, you'd need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If
you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The 15th and 30th are just the latest dates that deposits can take place. The last deposit for this month took place on the 22nd. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

The latest? I don't understand, how come the 22nd was a date when they never mentioned that date before?

Credits are deposited by the 15th and 30th of the month, not necessarily on them. Deposits are usually scheduled before those dates.

If you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site and the credits would be deposited on the date listed. Otherwise, if you have 5,000+, they are already scheduled to be
deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Microsoft Rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? They are 2 different programs so the points/credits work differently.

If this is for the Xbox Rewards program, you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. The request deposit button would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site and the credits will be deposited on the date

The next deposit date is scheduled for the 13th. The deposit dates on the site have been updated to only show when you have 1,000-5,000 credits pending (so you know when they're going to deposit if you request a deposit). Credits are deposited by the following
15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Sorry, but it is not possible to have credits deposited aany faster than the scheduled deposit dates. There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th this month. The first deposit for this month took place around the 9th. The 15th and 30th are just the latest
