Reward Credits Conversion

Discus and support Reward Credits Conversion in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Posting here as online chat advisors are incompitent.     Posting here as online chat advisors are incompitent. Does anyone how MS does the conversion I would like to know the conversion is for 2750 credits are in gbp.

    Reward credits problem

    Hello bourkey10,

    As was stated in the FAQ, and is still currently available in the Terms and Conditions:

    The Rewards Credits conversion is as follows: one thousand (1,000) Rewards Credits = € 0.91 EUR.

    I saw your other post in the Rewards forums. If you had 1250 Rewards credits deposited, that would not have been $15.00. Rewards credits are not the same as Microsoft points so they don't have the same conversion rate. 1250 rewards credits would only be
    $1.25 USD.

    I'm not sure about GBP, but 2750 credits = $2.75 USD, so I'd imagine it's a similar amount.

    What is the email from?

    If it's from the Rewards program, rewards credits are not the same as Microsoft points so the conversion rate is not the same. You can check the program's FAQ to see how much 5,000 credits is in your region.
