Reward credits are not being deposit!!!! kilo23mc

Dear Xbox One team,

I am having some issues with my reward credits are not being deposited. I purchased and pre-ordered some game titles but as time passed, I still haven't seen my credits reward. Please help.

Rewards not being deposited

My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

 

Cant redeem from the vault

You cannot redeem Rewards Credits from the vault. If you are asking about a deposit of your Rewards Credits, since you are beneath 1000 Credits, you cannot yet request a deposit.

We see that you have received a deposit of pending Credits. You can review deposits of Credits into usable currency from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). If you are asking about Credits
appearing as pending for pre-order purchases, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback. If you are asking about Games on Demand, that offer requires that your pre-order purchases be made during the offer period. Since you did not make
your pre-order purchases during the offer period, you have not yet been awarded any Games on Demand punches.
