    Reward credits and VIP credits


    Hi,

    I seem to be getting rewards for missions and questionnaires correctly, but I don't seem to get a raise in VIP rank or correct cash back online purchases.

    Saying that, I have in theory qualified for the history reward but it's not registered.

    Could someone look at my account please, as some of my history makes no sense and doesn't actually show any cashback at all as ever being paid (unless I'm confused somewhere, which is possible)

    I didn't get any Credits

    I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
    should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update i

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently recovering from a purchase data delay that occurred around the end of last month. This has caused us to be unable to process purchases around the end of the month and beginning of this month. Once this issue
    is resolved, you should see the relevant progress for your MyVIP and offers (such as your purchase on July 3rd for the History Repeats Itself offer).

    Something doesn't seem right?

    There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.

    Then call the rewards "Payback Credits Februari" so people understand, Rewards Team. Cause yes there is something dated with 28th Feb, but it's describtion looks more like a bonus for being VIP then being the Payback Credits.

    How can I earn more?

    All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the Rewards site. In order to earn credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP
    rebates.

    Bing Rewards is a completely separate program and will not count toward earning rewards credits.

    Is it possible to buy the Lamborghini Urus with credits?

    Update: The VIP pack cars (and Day One cars I think) are now showing as zero credits in the Autoshow. I also got my VIP gifts and my Forza rewards credits. It looks like all the fixes are finally making their way through the system.
