Reward credit will not deposit

so its 15 on the month. None of my credit have transfer over. I have approox 19,000 credits. But they have just been sitting not transfering over. Please help or explain what i need to do. (no button to transfer manually)

Your account does not have a Microsoft payable account to deposit into, so the deposit is failing. We cannot deposit Rewards Credits into a non-Microsoft billable account (like Credit Cards). If you wish to receive your deposit,
you must create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit Rewards Credits into. We can no longer transfer Credits between different gamertags. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have been waiting for my deposit for more than a year. ¿ What happens ?

I have 25,500 credits

Now that XBL Rewards will become Microsoft rewards, ¿what will happen to my credits? I do not want MS rewards credits, I want a deposit in the currency of my region. ¿is this possible?

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The 15th
and 30th are just the latest deposits can take place, but they usually take place before then. The first deposit for this month took place around the 9th so there was no deposit scheduled for today.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened around the beginning of the month, they will be a part of the end of month deposit.

Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit (since you are above 5000 pending Credits), you do not need to request a deposit, so the button to request one has been removed.
