Reward credit not given.

Hi,

I was wondering if I have to wait for the credit to show up when an event is done or should it show up while the event is still going. I recently preordered the digital copy of Watchdogs 2, Skyrim, and Titanfall 2. I know I preordered one of them before
I saw the promo was going does that have an effect on it or should I still get credit for the one I did while its going.

After reviewing your statement and your account, it looks like you are having issues comprehending how our program works. First, lets go to your MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). There
you will see that the 23,000 on your account is next to the words: "Lifetime Rewards". That means that number is a record of all Credits on your account, including past deposits and currently pending Credits. This number is listed in a section of
the MyRewards page called "MyStatement". In this section, you will see a drop-down bar underneath the words "Sort/View Statement". By default, this is set to the "Total Pending Rewards Credits" setting. This means that the MyStatement is currently displaying
all your pending, undeposited Credits. The currently pending amount is also shown by the MyCredits bar at the top of the page; since you are at 4,000 Credits, you have not been scheduled for an automatic deposit, but can request one manually using the button
underneath that bar, since you have the 1,000 Credit minimum.

Back to the MyStatement, if you click the drop-down bar, you will be able to select the option "Lifetime Rewards Earned". This will show all Credit events for your account, including deposit. Scrolling through it, you will see two events dated
12/31/15:

12/31/15 - Gimme5! Five-Year Anniversary Rewards – 5% MyVIP Boost - 10,000 Credits

12/31/15 - Gimme5! Five-Year Anniversary Rewards – 5% MyVIP Boost - 5,000 Credits

The first 5,000 was from the initial adjustment. After your secondary complaint, we then adjusted the remaining 10,000 for a total of 15,000 Credits. Since the retail value of your free map pack was 15 USD, and we no longer had any codes to offer for the
map pack, this was the best we can do.

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust $50 for a free $15 map pack.

 

Reward credits not given

No matter how many times you ask, the answer will still be the same. The program is only required to give you the same amount the DLC costs, which was $14.99. They did give you a total of 15,000 credits (not altogether). So they have already compensated
you. They will not give you more than that.

 

If you're talking about the Games on Demand punchcard, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the last game you purchased released. If you preordered any of the games before the offer began on October 1, it would not count towards the offer.

Since only your purchase of Watch Dogs 2 was made during the offer period, it was the only purchase eligible for the offer. Therefore you have not yet completed the offer.
