Reward Credit Expiration

So I had a Rewards Credit balance on my account that was set to expire 11/18/17. But when I went to make a purchase yesterday, it was already gone. Any way to recover?

Unfortunately Rewards do have an expiration date and unless the person helping you is feeling very giving, you won't get any free credit to replace it. Sorry man! Make sure you look at the dates at billing.microsoft.com often.

 

My xbox balance expired one day earlier + Revision of my xbox balance

I need a revision on my xbox balance due a expiration of my credits.

My credits are generated due to a wrong cancellation of my ea access account by Microsoft. This credits came from Microsoft Brazil Support.

Since I never know this credits was a Rewards and not a refund I want a re-check. Today the support told expiration date is March 14, so its expired (today is March 14, so I think this will expire tomorrow since the credits was generated March 14 last year).

You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but generally once funds have expired there is no way to get them back. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

Yeah, I spoke to the folks at Billing and they told me I should post on this support Forum cause the Rewards people could recover my funds.

 

Once rewards credits are deposited, Rewards support no longer has access to them and they become a billing issue. So it would be up to billing if it's possible.

Once Credits are deposited, we no longer have any control over them. You would have to contact billing for support at (Contact Us | Xbox Support).
