    reward code error (12M prepaid)


    I redeemed point for the 12 month prepaid Xbox Live. I keep getting error code below every time I try to redeem.

    How long does it take to recognise a redeemed xbox live gold code 12M on xbox.com

    I just renewed a 12M Prepaid code but it doesn't recognise it help

    I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There is no offer to redeem "points" for subscriptions. If you are asking about Microsoft Rewards, the Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try

    Unable to view My Account at Xbox.com

    There are no issues with my account that regard billing, I just want to access the My Account section of the website for the sake of being able to access the My Account section.



    I realize that this error generally occurs when there's a billing violation on the account, however both of my memberships: Prepaid 12M Gold, and Prepaid 12M Xbox Music are from, you guessed it! Prepaid cards! Checking the Commerce site too yields nothing
    regarding a billing violation or suspension.



    I can sign in on the Xbox 360 just fine, but as I've mentioned previously, clicking 'My Account' at Xbox.com provides the error I mentioned in the OP, the catch all "we dunno what happened" error.

    And yes, the prepaid card is 12M. (IT EVEN SAYS THAT TOO) and it was redemmed not even three months ago, probably less.
