    Reward code doesn’t work


    Hi, so I just used some reward gems to receive a code for 75 platinum on Warframe. I opened my email and copied the code into the link that comes with the email to redeem. For some reason I keep getting a message telling me that the “Tokenisnotsupported”
    and I’ve not used it or anything yet. Never had this problem before but yeah, is it possible that I’ve been sent a dodgy code?

    Got a code that doesn’t work from rewards

    Been talking to support for days because i didnt recieve my reward but i finally did just for it to be from the wrong region so im upset. I was told by xbox support that you guys can generate me a code that works

    We have had our win fulfillment team re-send your token codes. Please be sure to fully copy paste your token code into the redemption page. Can you confirm if these codes are still not working?

    You may have to enter the code somewhere else if it is not a 25-digit one, so you may have to do some searching to see where you can enter it into.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. As the code for the DLC is of a different length, you would definitely need to
    request a call back from Xbox Support for assistance with the code. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with issues relating
    to codes. Is it possible that the code is to be redeemed on a different site to receive another code for redemption to your Xbox or possibly redeem in-game?

    Scroll down, Click Contact Us

    • Step 1: Click Ask a Question- See other options
    • Step 2 : Pick a Topic - Games & Apps - Can't Redeem Code
    • Step 3: ClickShow Contact Options

      Click Request a Call from Support



    This will help schedule a call back from Customer Support.

    If the code is for Cerberus network, you do not need to redeem it, as you can download the dlc for free anyway. EA made it free a few years back.
