Reward code cannot be redeemed

    Reward code cannot be redeemed


    I got a message from Xbox Live:

    "Thanks for downloading FOR HONOR! Redeem this code for a free Digital Deluxe Pack to unlock 7-day Champion Status and other great in-game content. Redeem on Xbox One or xbox.com/redeemcode: *CODE*. Continue the battle with the FOR HONOR: Marching Fire
    Expansion, available now."

    Attempting to redeem the code through either the Xbox app (there's a "Redeem code" button right below the message which always worked for previous reward codes) or xbox.com/redeemcode, gives me the following error:


    Reward code cannot be redeemed [​IMG]


    Any way I can solve this paradox, noting that I can't access an Xbox One console at the moment for a while? I 've also tried redeeming it through the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10, got the same error.

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh Reward code cannot be redeemed :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    try again later, if that doesn't work you may have to wait and try on the xbox.

    Can I get my points back?

    Since that is not an Xbox Rewards offer, Rewards support will not be able to assist. If you haven't redeemed the code on your account, then you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. If you've
    already redeemed the code on your account, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing, but once a card is added to your account it generally cannot be removed.

    Thank you for the response.

    Microsoft rewards usually take 4-6 weeks to respond.

    Basically

    I redeemed 35000 for 3 months game pasd

    I received the Code to enter

    I Entered the Code,Nothing was added to my account

    I cannot send screenshots to rewards as the system will not allow it.

    I cannot reply to Microsoft rewards with a response or screenshots to confirm what I said.

    Thousands of players are having simular issues

    No statement from Rewards Team

    No acknowledgement that players are frustrated

    This week the rewards points are cut by half with no notification or announcement.

    Once you redeem a gift card from Microsoft Rewards, you cannot turn it back into Rewards points.
