    Hi im in a pinch and I was wondering if someone could help me with my problem regarding the Xbox Gamepass Perks. You see I went to my perks page to see the "Excalibur Jade Bundle" for Warframe in which was super dope to see so I see that instead of the usual redeem code I had to go on pc and claim the perk which I did I suppose because I was redirected to the shop where it said I could claim with gamepass and as said previously I did. However here is the part which really let me down, as I am trying to see how I can use the bundle it said I had to download a seprate warframe game so I got to the Microsoft store to download this but it's not allowing me to do so. I am under the assumption that I would have to download warframe on my xbox however if there is another option or if anyone would like to clarify that I indeed would have to do so please do so.

    Overrun Early Access

    I am a PowerUp Rewards member; however, I and many other people had no idea we were supposed to call a specific number to claim our codes. Until today, the GameStop website said that directions concerning early access to OverRun were to be provided closer
    to the game's launch. Those directions never came. Neither the PowerUp Rewards website nor the GameStop website had any instructions for claiming the code. I never received any emails from PowerUp Rewards or GameStop.

    A large number of preorderers were waiting for instructions that never came (as evidenced by myriad confused posts about the OverRun early access on various message boards). You, dbMonK, are the first poster I've seen to present such a simple solution (which
    I intend to try momentarily). Even GameStop employees had no idea preorderers had to call a specific number to claim their code. PowerUp Rewards and GameStop are obviously closely affiliated, and I saw nothing indicating that PowerUp Rewards was solely responsible
    for the distribution of early-access codes. People paid GameStop for the game, and GameStop typically provides codes for bonus content available to preorderers (ordinarily, the codes are on receipts or sent via email). I don't know why people would automatically
    know that they had to call 877-676-GAME to get early access.

    GameStop's and PowerUp Rewards' failure to inform GameStop employees how to direct preorderers to claim their codes shows a lack of effective communication. The confusion led to numerous preorderers missing out on the promised early access. In that sense,
    the early access to OverRun was a debacle. I've been playing and preordering games for a long time, and I have never seen anything like this before.

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your GBR Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not
    also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits
    that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending
    deposits from your old account to your new one.
