Reward can not turn

Discus and support Reward can not turn in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Reward can not turn I have changed the payment information, can not turn is not turn.     Not receiving forzathon Rewards

    Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You may want to try reaching out to Turn 10.

    Ive been a rewards member since 2010. Recently when i checked my rewards. It said i was not a VIP and didnt have any star rewards. So in turn when i got my refund instead of giving me the bonus it gave me just the no star money back. Can someone please help
    me solve this problem?
