    Hi. My rewards account is not accumulating points and it is saying that I've only played 2 games since 2014 & I've played many more than this and have bought games and unlocked loads of achievements. Plus I recently bought an xbox one s which I should have
    received 50k points for. When I log into account it's still showing my xbox 360 avatar. Does it not realise that I bought an xbox One? I've been a rewards member since June 2014. Help please

    Unable to receive points deposit--erroneous billing profiles?

    For over 2 years I have had issues with receiving points from the rewards program and no one can seem to help. I have posted under rewards forums, and chat with support. When I attempt to check my reward points it tells me that my account needs updating.
    When i click the link it takes me to billing info. Under my billing info i have 3 accounts:

    AS- Personal account

    AU- Personal account

    US- Personal account

    The only account I feel I should have is "US-Personal Account"

    Can you remove the other 2 accounts? Nothing should be tied to them and I do not understand how they were created. I would really like to take advantage of promotions and reward points and I cant because of this for over 2 years.

    Hello PittsburghKings,

    We see that you are receiving Xbox Live Rewards on this account. However, we do not deal in Microsoft Points, as that currency was discontinued years ago. If you are asking about points for the Microsoft Rewards program, that is a different Rewards program,
    and you would have to contact their support via their webpage.

    Hello YorkshirePud41,

    The program has changed quite a bit since 2014. Currently, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
    If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get
    payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    For the Xbox One S upgrade offer, you should see those Credits pending up to 15 business days after shipping. If you still do not see them after 15 business, just open up a new post and we can investigate.

    Currently, we are only getting avatar information from the 360, which is why your old avatar is appearing.
