    Revoke Already Redeemed Game Pass


    I received a 3 Month Game Pass that was already used. I have my order number and can prove I was the purchaser of the pass. I know I can't really ask for another code... but can someone at Microsoft shut down their account? They should be punished for stealing my code. I'm not asking for another code. I just don't want them to be able to play with mine.

I've been in the same situation, totally understand the frustration, something I did was contacting Xbox with prove of my purchase and they helped me a lot!

    Do you mean that the code had already been redeemed before you tried to? Was it a physical card bought from a shop? If so, then return it to the shop and ask for one that works

    Was it a standard Game Pass card or Game Pass Ultimate? Did you already have Game Pass Ultimate when uou redeemed the code?
