    hello!

    I’m one of the users in the preview program and I’ve been having a ton of issues lately so I’ve been hoping you guys can fix this for me an anyone else in this program. Today I had a update or one of the previews you guys had released and my Xbox hasn’t
    been able to work for the last few hours.

    I can list a few issues I have with these updates in a reoccurring order.

    1. The Xbox crashes/ freezes and doesn’t work

    2.The HDMI port seems to have issues and doesn’t let me see the screen of the Xbox through my tv

    3. I’ve also had to reset the Xbox a multitude of times in the mean time.

    4.The console also seems to corrupt any games I try to play in the mean time of the update.



    5.the reset option doesn’t seem to always be available, most of the times it is but it’s only the factory reset option not keep my games and apps. If I do manage to get the option on the reset it will freeze up reboot then tell me the only option is too
    factory reset.

    These are some of the issues I’ve had using the preview program and I’d love if you guys can work on improving these issues from happening and making this program even better.

    Hi,

    I'm on the review program and they released a new update for the xbox. There is something wrong with the update so I can't go online. Can anyone help with this? Maybe uninstall review program?

    The xbox ambassadors are gamers that understand the Code of Conduct and respect it. If you have been banned you can ask for a case review but if the verdict is upheld that leaves you out of the program.

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues

    I got banned for reporting a person and now no longer Xbox ambassador

    Unfortunately if you receive a suspension as an Ambassador you are banned from the program. Since it's not possible to submit a case review, there would be no way for you to rejoin the program at this time.
