    Hi I have been trying to get hold of the enforcement team for days now they have messed up my Xbox party chat by not fully removing my communication ban I can message again but party chat is still offline I have posted in there forum and had no reply I have
    talked to you and support and all I get is you must open a case review but you can only do this if the ban is still showing as active but as they removed the ban for messages it shows it's not active even tho it still is on party chat so it doesn't give me
    the option to open a case review the fact that support is so weak and unable to do anything even contact the enforcement service is so bad I as the enforcement team don't even read there own forum anymore so it's impossible for me to get them to review my
    case and fix the problem there must be a way you lot can help please

    Bigjonny83, continuing to open different posts in the forum for the same issue doesn't help. The answers here are the same as in this post

    Yes put this link is to a post from October surly they must have addressed this issue by now why haven't they updated the post and why is it impossible to contact them

    Case review

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. From there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
