Microsoft is out of control, suspending people, for saying things such as "shut up" ect. I am a good person, honestly. I am always the bigger man 19 out of 20 times. The one time I let someone get under my skin tho, I get account suspeneded entirely, for
a month. Now Trying to keep the community safe, I get it. But as a buying customer tho, am I wasting my money? I Just want on play to relieve stress.

Ridiculous price of on demand games

$60 for 50 Cent BOTS, no way. I've heard it's a good game but these prices are out of control.

I haven't tried letting a teammate put some C4 on my bot... Could be more good fun! The only thing that sucks about the bots is the controls take a bit to get the hang of.

The enforcement team works to keep a gaming environment that all can enjoy and that includes adhering to the Code of Conduct. If someone harasses you on xbox live you can report that person or block them from further abuse. Retaliating is an infraction of
the Code of Conduct and as such object to enforcement acts.

So basically, what you're trying to say "I'm paying taxes for my car, and the police still tickets me for speeding? I just want to drive fast to relieve stress."

Paying for the Xbox Live Gold membership is giving you the privilege (not the right) to play online multiplayer and join Party Chats.

However, you are still bound to the Microsoft Code of Conduct and Terms of Use that punish unruly behaviour, including harassing other players. Even if it's in revenge.

Loves To Throw

Is there no way to get a human reviewer ? They have bots banning accounts and bots doing the appeals... YouTube has human reviewers, Xbox is 1/50th the size of YouTube, how hard is it to employee some human reviewers?

its a flawed system a lot of people are stuck in avoid me with no lifts, and as it appears the reputation & player review system is maintained by bots & not actual people which is why false reports are allowed when reported its not getting investigated its
automatically chosen penalty without review & it appears no one in xbox employees monitors it or is notified of reports. with 100's of thousands of reports coming in daily its more then likely a bot controlled system. if the reviews were actually looked at
by a person there wouldn't be so many false report complaints
