    Reverting Game Pass Ultimate to regular


    Greetings,

    In my haste I subscribed to Xbox Ultimate (my mistake), I do want to revert my subscription and when I do so, it cancels my subscription altogether.

    I've "renewed" the Ultimate subscription as I would like to use my account, however, I would not like to maintain this service (for no negative reason).

    Any advice?

    Hello dont cancel because you will lose your Gold also. Just wait until the the time is over and dont renew. Make sure you have auto renew unchecked in billing also. Just a fyi if you cancel now you will lose your gold also!!

    You would either have to cancel the subscription you just bought or wait for it to end and then buy a regular Game Pass subscription.

    Just to verify, did you purchase just regular Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? If it's just regular Game Pass, makes sure you bought Game Pass for PC, not Game Pass for console.

    Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? A Gold subscription is needed to play online. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, but regular Game Pass does not.

    I'm talking about a one month's worth of regular game pass being upgraded to ultimate if I just bought regular game pass 3 days ago and changed my mind that I wanted to upgrade to game pass ultimate why wouldnt they just charge me the difference which if regular game pass is 12 dollars after tax and ultimate is 18 why wouldnt I just be charged 6 dollars or why cant they cancel the regular game pass charge or refund it and charge me the 18 for the ultimate instead ..itd would be absolutely dumb to of just paid 12 dollars three days ago for regular game pass and then if I want to upgrade be charged a whole new 18 dollars to upgrade
