    Reverted to the old dashboard after receiving new insider update


    As part of the insider program I was accepted into the most recent build to experience the new UI, this ended up installing on 04 February and I have been using it since.

    I came home from work today and had an update, I updated the console and I am back to the original (current build) dashboard, not only this, now around 90% of my apps don't work and some games don't either.

    Can anyone help?

    Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
    error message.

    There's no problem with our networks or routers or modems or any of that nosense, its the new dashboard.... Microsoft just fix the new dashboard update.... or even better, revert to the old one because this new one sucks anyway in my opinion....

    They have not fixed it for me I still have this issue.

    New Dashboard is causing issues.

    First, I'm going to guess you're console is registered for an Insider Build. I do not believe the new re-designed dashboard has been released to the public.

    The last update was a small update to remove File Explorer.

    So if you are
    on an insider build,     then, yes, there is a way to revert. For now. Once the release is pushed to the general public there is no roll back option. So instead of reverting back, the best option, being on an Insider Build (but even if you're not)

    would be to provide feedback to the team that is designing it.     I've been using the dashboard on the Insider Builds, and I, for one, have welcomed the changes, and find it easier to navigate to what I want, focused on what I do most, with customization
    options for the guide included.

    If you don't think you are on an Insider Build, then I would check the Insider App to verify and let us know.
