    Reverse migration progress


    My son migrated my old gen gta v character to my new gen xbox xs how ever I’ve been playing gta on my old gen xbox and have made decent progress with my online account if I request a reverse migration will I lose the progress I’ve made ?

    I’ve managed to contact rockstar support and they are reversing the migration but at the cost of losing the process I made after the accounts were migrated. Absolutely devastating but it won’t take long to get it all back and plus side I can play with my mates again

    There is no reverse migration in GTA. It's in the FAQ. You'll find very rarely can you go backwards when moving forward.

    If you don't mind can you create a detailed post on how things were handled.

    Only asking cause you're like only the 2nd or 3rd person I've seen mention getting their account back who had their account Migrated.

    Nope as the migration tool said it was a one time use tool no waiting 1 year and it could not be reversed

    The only exception is an unauthorized access case where It was migrated while not. Under your control
