Reverse Engineering on Original Xbox Games

I know they are reverse engineering the Xbox 360 games but I have alot of original Xbox games especially with Morrowind (Game of the Year). I was wonder if they are gonna reverse engineer those games and tell us how to transfer the saved games to the Xbox
One. One more thing, why can't they make it so you can use your Xbox 360 controllers with the Xbox One??

Also to add, it's quite a job to make an Xbox 360 game work on the Xbox One. The games are actually reverse engineered to work on the system. Turning them from 32 bit Power-PC based games into 64 bit X86 software that the Xbox One understands is no simple
task. Then the team have to game test them to see if they are working right and at the correct speed and frame rate.

The reverse engineering is the also the reason why, even if you own the original disc, the game is actually downloaded from Xbox Live. The 'update' is the game.

It's possible that these games may have already been made BC by the team, but they aren't running correctly. We just don't know.

The Xbox had the capability to do it for games then it should be all games not a selected amount of games.

You're oversimplifying it. If Microsoft could have done it with all Xbox 360 and original Xbox games, they would have.

The Xbox 360 has a totally different processor architecture. The games that were made BC were recoded and reverse engineered, not a simple process. The only reason why Xbox Series X plays nearly all Xbox One games is simply because the internal hardware is so similar. This was not the case with the Xbox 360 and original Xbox hardware.

The complexities of both reverse engineering the old games and acquiring the licenses was the reason why the BC program ended.

In addition to licensing restrictions and whether a publisher still in the business, it actually takes a heck of a lot of work to make Xbox 360 games work on the Xbox One. It's not the case of pressing a button or paying a fee.

Once a publisher gives the go-ahead, a small team of engineers take the original game code and reverse engineer it to work on the Xbox One platform. They then test the game to see if it is working as it should, this can take weeks.

What you are asking simply isn't possible, at all. Sorry.
