    I was looking on my bank account and saw a bunch of charges from Microsoft for purchases. Looked at my Microsoft account and they all look like in game purchases from games my son plays. Haven't been able to ask him because he is still at school. Is there any way to get these charges reversed.

    You can definitely request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds using the account where the in-game transactions were purchased.

    Unfortunately, monthly subscription charges cannot be reversed.

    This means the purchase failed, in this case the pending charge will be reversed back to your bank within 7 days. You can attempt to buy Game Pass again now, or wait until the charge is reversed. Please reach back if you have further questions.

    Microsoft cannot reverse this charge as the funds haven't been claimed, the money is still with your bank. The charge will automatically reverse back to your account within 5-7 business days.
