i will report someone normally for two things, the first is any form of cheating and the second is for being inactive which are fair reasons to report. However people will report me back, not for cheating or anything but simply for revenge, its simply childish
and low. why should my reputation be damaged for trying to make gaming a better experience?

And you don't think the lowest form of taking something down in the game should do that, that quickly? Not to mention you have the following also trying to kill you; stiglas, jets, other choppers, rhib boats, tanks, stationary aa, jeeps, mobile aa, mobile
artillery and smaw-rpg's.

All I'm saying is either tone down the H/LMG fire against helicopters (ie. if we were using bc2 H/LMG's) or buff helicopter rockets. Of course this would be if DICE implemented this in the first place.

I rarely get killed by stingers, I do get disabled, but I only get killed if you have a team of 2 or more stingers. (I tested this with a friend. If the helicopter starts out above 2 infantry with stingers, the stingers will always kill the helicopter before
it can go out of range).

Oh and some guys you can't bring down? I shot down one of the worlds best scout pilots with a stinger on canals today (trying to knife him ofc) even with his repair crew. Why? Because I didn't realise my squad mate spawned on me with a stinger as well and
locked on. Otherwise I would've killed his crew and disabled his heli, enabling me to knife him.

The enforcement team do not make other users aware that their account have had reports filed against them, unless the report is valid. They don't tell users who reported them either. You don't need to tell other players you are reporting them.

Even if you do tell others you are reporting them, and they report you, an enforcement action will only happen if you have done something against the Xbox Code of Conduct. Filing false complaints, or getting friends to file complaints against another player, that
are false, will not result in a suspension. The system isn't automated, all reports are looked by real people.

Leme - don't publicly 'name and shame' or threaten revenge, especially on the official Xbox forums! Report the player, just how FoomBerry detailed above, and block communications.

I kind of agree, I’m always hearing stories of people getting revenge banned and are struggling to get their accounts back. There should be some sort of repurcussions from vengeful reporting.

But the freedom of speech is more important than a conduct of a company. Especially when a user don't get it to be shot in the game and want to get revenge by an idiotical report.

That it's not possible to contact them is ridicilous.

pretty much what Revenge said. Just report him through XBL rather than calling support, because lets be honest, I highly doubt the outsourced workers in India care about some hacker in your game.
