    i requested a return since my cousin bought a game on my console while i was out and spent an hour on the game and i wanted to return it but i met all the requirements with there only being 46 minutes played which is an insignificant amount of time but it said i couldn’t return it since i spent time on the game please clear up your requirements on returns since now i’m down 20 dollars

    If you are the United States it will be through FedEx, but if you are in Canada it will be UPS.

    (The label usually says who the carrier is, so you could always take it to the carrier)
