    Digital Returns

    I was looking specifically for an email to use to contact Microsoft. Is there an email for me to use? I did find a phone number, but it would be a little more convenient for me to email due to my schedule. Also, I made a second post asking whether or not
    it is possible to transfer the game from my PC to my Xbox.

    There is no email for support. You can try checking
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     to see if it gives you an option to refund there. Otherwise, you would need to contact support directly and speak to billing.

    Halo Wars 2 is a play anywhere title, so you should be able to play it on the Xbox without having to do anything else.

    Refund refused

    Some publishers do no support digital returns, it's not entirely up to Microsoft in this case. Capcom may not allow refunds on digital content.

    They only reply with a denial and an explanation of

    " Digital content can't be returned if played or consumed" it seems like no real person is looking at my case!!
