    My son's system will not power up. How do I return this system for repairs & where do I send the system too.

    Hey there BOSSPHOTOGRAPHY.

    We aren't able to offer refunds for physical copies of games. Before returning to the retailer, can you try cancelling the install of the game on your Xbox One and follow up with a power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds?

    Same thing happened to me yesterday. I gave up and returned to store for refund. Something is up with these power supply's. I know it sucks, I'm bummed, but I would advise returning to the store. Wait out till spring for issues to be fixed. MS might

    X Box does not connect to WiFi

    Sorry to hear it. If the console was connected to wifi when you set it up then try a power cycle. You can power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

    If you are trying to do the set up on the console and it will not connect to wifi try using an ethernet cable. If that does not work then you may need to return the console for an exchange.
