Returning Xbox One Day One Edition What Parts Did It Have?

I have just got the noisy fan and hard drive noise and am returning to console for a new one and need to know all the parts I believe the console came with a Fifa 14 code which I never used yet don't know where it's located the parts I'v placed in the box
for return are a follows.

Xbox One.

Kinect.

Both parts of the power lead.

HDMI.

Controller.

Head set.

Manual.

Will they accept this I have the accidental damage cover also and in warranty and am hoping for a one the day return?

I also bought it from GAME.

Please leave any advise you can give when returning and have I all the required things to return the console?

The Xbox One day one edition costs $499

If the day one edition costs $499, Then how much would it cost if it did NOT have the special achievement, or day one controller?

Is it $30-100 cheaper?

Looks like Shopto finally ran out of Day One Xbox Ones. Did you get yours in time? What bundle did you snatch up?

I would also like to add once you do a return under their policy the warranty no longer stands, so in the event I get a bad console will I be able to return it for an on the day return and get another one hoping the issue is resolved?

You should of course delete you profile from the console and do a factory reset, too.

Just to ask: are you going to have it refunded or are you going to change it against another one? If just having it exchanged, why not using the Microsoft support to have it serviced, as this will not touch any warranty and you only have to send the console
in.

 

Just went to game they said there was nothing wrong with the console when it's making these noises both the Xbox And the Power Supply.





Bunch of Swindlers taking my money and not accepting a return when I have a valid claim this is making my depression and anxiety levels go through the roof.

 

This clearly is a faulty fan and not normal! Please call the official Xbox support, they will definitely service your console immediately.

I can totally understand your feelings and yes, they indeed should have accepted the return.

 

I just returned the console to the store and the new one has the same noise.

I'm going back shortly and going to test a few of them till I find one that's more quiet this noise seems to be quite wide spread in the event they have no normal quiet ones what would you suggest?

 

If they won't refund you I really would suggest have it serviced. Usually Microsoft refunds you the time you are not able to use it due to service with a free month of gold subscription.

 

Got a replacement and another then another all having these noise issues.
