Returning refunds

ok first off Xbox live *** up bad yesterday and when I did a hard reboot it didn't work I decided to uninstall and reinstall destiny and halo halo worked but digital version of destiny wouldn't so I did another hard reboot still didn't said bundle only I
called Microsoft to report issue and he couldn't find it on my purchase history so he gave me a refund I had issues getting it to buy destiny but it still said bundle only so one more hard reboot I finally was able to get destiny thinking it took the money
well afterwards I looked and the money is still there feel bad wanna return it if possible cuz I feel like I could make the guy lose job I don't want that

MT13MT, in that case, Microsoft doesn't collect any devices directly at your home. You would have to take it to the nearest post office indicated by Microsoft on the email which you will receive after creating a service order for your device.

Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason you are unable to play your game within an hour and contacted Microsoft Support about it, you would be suggested to contact the developer about said issues. If the developer can't guarantee that your
problem can't be fixed, contact Microsoft Support again and have some documented evidence (screenshot of your contact with developer, or links to the message board topic in question), and they will give a refund. This is how I got my refund for EverSpace.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 might be next for me personally, since I can't even start the damn game.

First of all, if you bought with gift cards, it will come back to your Microsoft Account Ballance, okay? About the refund, it usually takes from 3 - 5 business days to go back to your payment method, but a delay happened in the refund process weeks ago, and refunds are a bit slower to be paid back, while things are getting back on their track.

In case the 5 business days have already passed and you want to contact Support about it, here is the link:

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support.
