    Returning my Xbox Series X


    Long time answerer, first time asker

    My Xbox Series X has to be sent back for repairs and they have asked me to "box the console up in plain packaging" and return to them using a print out label.

    I forgot to ask them over the phone but am I literally just sending the actual console? Or everything that came with the console (eg the box with the wires, controller etc)?

    I had the exact same issue. Connected to the PC and phone, but not to my Xbox Series X. I had to return it to the store. The microphone light was ON even while I was in the store returning the headset.
