    Returning my Xbox One X two times now


    The controller hasn't worked for both systems. My battery pack I was using won't fully stay connected. I even bought a new rechargeable battery pack and now it won't even connect in the new controller. Anyone else having this problem?

    Xbox one x rushed

    Same here. Really disappointed with the new Xbox One X.... thinking about returning it and getting my money back.

    Hello I have bought my two sons two separate x boxes. One has xbox the other doesnt they were fooling around and switched home x boxes a few time and now they tried to witch it so they both had xbox live a but now it say we need to wait a year can you give
    us some more shots at home xbox so it is back and working, thank you

    Have you tried syncing the controllers, with the xbox. Or totally powering down the xbox and reboot.

    Yes. The controller would connect to the Xbox just fine, with the batteries and without. It's just the old battery pack and chord I was using on my old Xbox one wouldn't stay connected. The light would be one for a second and if you moved the controller
    around it would lose connection and the light would be off. I tried all my old controllers and the chord and battery pack worked just fine. So I figured the new controller was messed up and I had to exchange the whole system only to find the EXACT same thing

    You are not alone. This has happened to me multiple times and i can now see that microsoft are clearly concealing and ignoring it. They've done it to me seversl times resulting in me losing literally days of game time and causing upsets with my children
    (my son is autistic and my daughter is young). Today after nearly two hours of waiting on hold they disconnected twice, I mean I wasn't being rude, they just disconnected when I was on hold. I followed the first guys instructions and it immediately wiped the
    save i was trying to save correctly so that i could then use it on my new xbox one x. Instead, I'm now going to return the Xbox One X as if they cannot maintain their services I will move back to Playstation.

    Im not scheduling a repair on my xbox when i returned it and got a brand new one less than a week ago. Two different Xbox One X systems are doing the same thing. My xbox is in the open on a stand. I swapped my xbox with my gfs xbox in a different location
    and its just my xbox that acts up. 2 brand new systems. Only the new xbox one X’s are doing this.
