    Returning my Elite Series 2


    I returned one of these controllers previously through the mail, and Microsoft sent me a brand new one, AND sent the removable parts back from my old one. If I send just the bare controller, is that all that will be replaced, or will I get an entirely
    new controller anyways?

    They ask that you send only the controller when you send it in as you're not guaranteed to get any of the removable parts back.

    If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..
