    I have a faulty Xbox Elite Controller so I need to return it.

    I've started the return process, printed off the return label sent to me, but the only option for sending the item back I can find involves a three hour round trip in the car. And I don't have a car.

    I've tried the support chatbot which did nothing but give me a headache from banging my head off my keyboard.

    It finally offered to arrange a call back, and when that option was finally available in my timezone (Ireland) I got endless messages that there was a problem and I needed to try again.

    I'm now worried that either my head or my keyboard won't be able to take much more... Is there any way I can actually speak/chat with a person?

    I don't even think this is the right place to be asking this question, but it's this or stick my head in a bucket and start screaming.

    Thanks.

    As I mentioned I only ended up here in this forum because the Xbox Support couldn't solve the problem and the callback system isn't working.

    The only option I'm being offered on shipping back is UPS drop-off and that's not suitable, and trying to find an alternative keeps bringing me to the same places.

    Is there any other way of getting out of this circle of support queries?

    Thanks -- the label's for a UPS drop-off, and there's not one near me. And it's under warranty so not keen on paying for a hardware fault... Appreciate a human response, though!

    If you've got the label is it not the case you can take it to your local post office? Either that or the majority of couriers also have a pickup service depending on the costs involved that might also be a solution.

    You may also want to try contacting UPS. They do offer a pick-up service so it would be worth it to see if it's available to you.
