    Returning Custom Controller


    I bought a custom controller and within a couple of weeks of having it is no longer functioning properly. I have checked the batteries and also tried a hard reboot and re-syncing. It is the controller. I am trying to set up a repair
    order (although at this point I just want my money back) and the number it is asking for from inside the back of it is not being recognized. I am using the number that is on top of the bar code, is that the right one? If so, what do I do?

    And apparently....this question doesn't have an anwser.....worst customer service Ever. I'm returning this heap for a play station

    You need to learn how to use Walmart and stop dealing with Ms customer service. 1. Go to store and buy a new controller and keep receipt. 2. Keep new controller and return old controller and get money back.

    No, this one was actually a new, customized one I got my son for Christmas (last year) and was returned to Microsoft for repair within the first 90 days--Microsoft returned it to me with this issue, which it did not have before being sent in for repair.


    By the time I got around to talking to Microsoft about the second repair, the 30 day repair window had expired and they said "too bad" basically. Apparently, customized controllers only have a 90 day warranty, and repairs a 30 day warranty. So now I have
    a new, custom controller that doesn't work.

    hello, as it is a custom controller do you have this issue with any other games if so it could be a motherboard issue inside your controller if this issue continues return it to the store you got it from if you still have warranty.
