Returning Controller

Ok so I had to return my Controller and I followed the instructions. I printed the shipping label and put it on the box. Got the controller in the box and then the Email says take it to closest UPS Center. The only thing is there isnt a UPS centre close to where I am. I cant travel as I am in lockdown. There are other postage services close to me that I could send the package with. I was just wondering if it would be okay to use other postage services as I cant use UPS
